Pick-Up & Drop-Off Information

Your chauffeur will come to pick you up at your accommodation.

Please provide the exact details of your hotel, B&B, or apartment at the time of booking.

The pick-up location is mandatory to confirm and deliver the service properly.

If your accommodation is located outside the Aurelian Walls (Rome city center), a pick-up and drop-off service will incur an additional charge, to be arranged upon request.

It is also mandatory to provide a valid phone number and pick-up address at the time of booking.

Guest Requirements and Accessibility

An adult must accompany all children.
This tour is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
The experience is not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.
Infants must not sit on laps.
Pets are not allowed.
This activity is not recommended for vegans or individuals with diabetes, due to the nature of the tasting menu.

Allergies and Dietary Needs

It is mandatory to inform us of any allergies or intolerances to food or drinks at the time of booking.

Failure to communicate such information in advance may result in the inability to provide alternatives. Fabullus and its staff are not responsible for allergic reactions or food-related issues if no prior notice is given.

Alternative menus are available upon request, but can only be adapted if dietary needs are communicated during the booking process.

Important Rules and Safety

For the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. In such cases, the tour will be canceled and no refund will be provided. Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Late arrivals cannot be rescheduled unless the tour is paid for again.

In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, no refund will be issued.

The tour may begin with a delay of up to 10 minutes due to logistical reasons.

Booking Changes and Cancellations

Changes to your booking can only be accepted up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.

No changes are allowed after this period, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Itinerary Notice

The itinerary and the order of the locations visited may vary due to traffic conditions, local events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Adjustments may also be made based on guest preferences, in coordination with the driver.

Cancellation policy

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 1000 days or less before the event

You can meet your driver at your hotel/accommodation or another agreed spot in Rome’s city center (within the Aurelian Walls).
If you are staying in a hotel with a lobby, please wait for your driver 15 minutes before your tour departure time.
If you are staying in an apartment or other accommodation without a lobby, at the moment of the booking, leave a correct address and valid phone number. Please wait for the driver 15 minutes before your tour departure at the address you indicated at the moment of the booking.

If your hotel or accommodation is located outside the Aurelian Walls, hotel pick-up and drop-off can still be arranged, but an extra charge will apply, which will be calculated based on the distance and location.
