• Please notice that the Colosseum Administration, which depends on the Ministry of Cultural Assets and Activities has the faculty to close the Colosseum, or parts of it, with or without notice, for events, strikes, heavy rain, or any other reason. In which case, we will offer an alternative itinerary as it seems fit and offer a partial refund.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We are not responsable if you provide us with wrong information.
• Smartphones to download the app must be of the latest generation (No older than the year 2020)
• The order in which the sites are visited during the tour can vary. Children must be accompanied by an adult
• The departure time of the tour may vary and can be brought forward or delayed by no more than 60 minutes before or after the start time indicated in the reservation. In the event that there should be a change in the departure time, this will be communicated at least 7 days before the date booked by you.
• The order of visit of the monuments included in the tour description may vary.
• Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• The itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions (ice, rain, or high temperatures) or other events beyond the travel agency’s control.

If there should be a change in the departure time, this will be communicated at least 6 days before the date booked by you. The Tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour, you must be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot join the tour and will not be refunded. The starting, ticket redemption, and meeting points are in the same place. The visit order of the monuments included in the tour description may vary. Children’s discount applies only to those with a valid ID card! For the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Any disability must be communicated to us at the time of booking The Colosseum Underground is not included in the tour.
